What actually is House Music?

The question is easy to answer. We're going to start tell you the right parameters that define the genre, bellow.

It is a music genre characterized by a repetitive four-on-the-floor beat and a typical tempo of 120 beats per minute. It was created by DJs and music producers from Chicago's underground club culture in the early/mid 80s, and as DJs began altering disco songs to give them a more mechanical vibes.

it was pioneered by DJs and producers like Frankie Knuckles, Ron Hardy, Jesse Saunders, and so on. Initially expanded internationally, to London, then to other American cities, such as New York City, and ultimately a worldwide phenomenon.
